RETURNS, DELIVERIES & EXCHANGES

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of discovering the fault, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

All faulty goods claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may request that the item is returned for inspection before a decision is made.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Please note that products will not be considered faulty if the damage is a result of:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Improper care or washing contrary to the garment care instructions
Misuse, alteration, or unauthorised repairs

Items must be returned in a clean and hygienic condition. We reserve the right to refuse inspection of items that do not meet this requirement.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, sizing, and what to expect ahead of the Summer 2026 launch.

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship the official Reebok x Ultimate Sevens collection worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in the United Kingdom.

  • How do I find my size?

    Each product page includes a full Reebok size guide with measurements in both centimetres and inches. The Ultimate Sevens collection runs true to Reebok's standard performance fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for training wear and sizing true for match jerseys.

  • What is the return and exchange policy?

    We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Personalised or customised items cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact our team at shop@ultimatesevens.com.

  • Can I pre-order items ahead of the Summer 2026 launch?

    Yes. Selected items from the Reebok x Ultimate Sevens collection are available for pre-order now. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page. All pre-orders will be dispatched no later than June 2026, ahead of the championship's opening round.

  • Are these the same items worn by the teams?

    The match jerseys available in the store are replica versions of the official match kit worn by competing teams. Training and lifestyle pieces are drawn from the same co-designed collection. All items are officially sanctioned by World Rugby and produced in partnership with Reebok.
